Coastal handled a $40K water damage claim on our home in 2012, and I would warn you to avoid this company. After they completed the job and had collected the insurance proceeds, we have had AC issues, plumbing issues and issues with both the tile and hardwood flooring they installed through their flooring contractor, Mike Reeves. Coastal has not taken accountability for any of the issues and has simply indicated that there contract had a 1-year warranty.
