I was prescribed a med by Dr Samuel to which I had a terrible reaction. I called to ask for a different prescription. I have left a message twice and spoken to a real person (Trisha) twice in three days. NO RESPONSE! I finally got Trisha again and she said she would renew the prescription!! The same one that gave me a bad reaction!! I asked her right out “Did I not make myself clear?” Terrible patient interaction, cold, impersonal! DO BETTER, COASTAL PULMONARY!
i went here many years ago and i loved my doctor .right up the street. but the wait once in the room became unacceptable. after years passed and still not finding a good sleep apnea doctor i returned hoping things were changed. I have been seeing Dr. Hoo for well over a decade (closer to two decades) and he is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always professional and helpful, and the other doctors that have stepped in to cover when I had emergencies have always been excellent as well. I cannot recommend Coastal Pulmonary enough— I’ve stayed with them despite a recent move across the bay because they’re irreplaceable!
My experience here was wasted time. Brought my c-pap machine in twice to have doctor adjust settings he ignored my request both times then called wanting me to come in with machine to adjust it after I posted a comment here.
I've been trying to make an appointment but I keep getting a busy tone.
