Dr Weiss is a top notch practitioner. She listens, actually listens! I am a retired NP and she incorporates my background and knowledge into her approach. She went the extra mile and figured out that I have a rare condition. Cudos also to the office staff, especially Gabby and Kelly.
I had the most pleasant experience today with a kind young lady in the front who checked me out.. Bria …. this Young lady was the highlight of my visit, and I mean this young lady went above and beyond. As my wife and I opened the door walking in to my visit all we could see was her waving and smiling! Was seeing Dr Samuel for Mac Lung Infection for a few years. He was fine but his assistant Elaine was the worst. Zero communication. The last straw, I called for an appointment as I was coughing up blood for the first time. Had to leave voicemail. No call back. Called next day, same thing. Never did return calls. Coughing up blood, she doesn't have the time. What was I supposed to do. Forced to find another doctor.
Dr Samuel, PA’s Martin and Long are excellent. Office staff fantastic. I have rare condition. Multiple acute problems. Moved from NYC. Nurse Anesthetist, Columbia University. Great team of specialists, there. Took few years in Florida to find new team. So, highly recommend Dr Samuel and staff. Long wait time in office. Noted in Previous reviews. Get how that can be a major turn off. Suggest improved or new office management. Current staff fantastic. Gets abused by angry patients complaining about long wait. They need assista... read more
I am very happy with Coastal Pulmonary & Critical Care. I see Dr. Weiss who is caring and thorough. Also, her medical assistant, Gabby, is very nice, returns calls quickly, and is a pleasure to work with.
