They are very polite prompt and knowledgeable
We had our autistic nonverbal son fitted for afos because of his toe walking. The staff was so kind to him and patient. He’s very scared of anything medical or office buildings in general right now because he’s had a series of medical issues this year. They went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. I really appreciate the kindness and understanding of a child that needs extra support. Highly recommend!
