I followed my husband to do a physical and the girls inside was really rude, doesn’t know how to talk to their patients. Overheard the nurses discussing my husband privacy with his fellow colleagues. Would never recommend anyone to them.
As a new patient they will waste your time. I have never gone to a doctors office for a physical only to be told that the physical will be during my next appointment and that the current appointment will be to establish care. I spent about an hour in the waiting room. When I finally went to a room the girl was pretty nice and did my intake rather quickly. She left and stated that I'll be seen by the physician but I'm pretty sure they forgot about me. After almost 45 minutes waiting to be seen, I finally came out of the room ... read more
I called in to make a new patient appointment and after waiting several hours and calling back for updates for insurance verification and being placed on hold for over 6 minutes each time, I finally gave up. My grandmother is a current patient here and I will be looking for a different primary care. I finally spoke to someone and she did not even bother to check verification after so much time wasted.
