Worst vendor on HHI. Liars and thieves. On top of the high cleaning fees for less than stellar service, as well as an initial huge charge for a "deep cleaning" they never did, Nicole Sweeney also charged us a property management fee. Claimed it would cover all guest issues and maintenance requests. I have weeks of texts with her claiming things like changing out light bulbs and tightening loose chairs and cleaning the grill were absolutely done.
