I have used this company for years. Always good service ( not great). In 2022 they closed my pool and never cleaned the filter, when I made them aware of this, in June of 2023, they offered me no compensation, to be fare I did not ask for any as I had already cleaned the filters myself. In fall of 2024 when they closed my pool they did not clean the filter again. This time I called them right away and told them to just do it in the spring. I went to coastal Pools and purchased an impeller for $54 for my pump and went home. I went home and installed the impropeller And the pump was still having issues. So I called coastal they got somebody over right away With an impeller in their hand. They never took the impeller off of the pump that I purchased. They walked off my property, carrying the same impeller after they fixed the pump. I get the bill and I’m charged another $54 for the impeller. When I tell you Eduardo and his teammate (sorry I did not get your name) were the absolute best, that is no lie, Eduardo was the first person from a company that I felt was not selling me something not needed or just hanging around wasting time, and was so comfortable with him. He came in this morning, found the problems and finished in a timely manner. He was kind enough to explain everything to me and both were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I rarely write reviews. This was really bad service. Every year I have Coastal close my pool. The pool was functioning fine prior to closure. Last year's closure was catastrophic. The workers damage and exposed the wires that lead to 2 actuator values. This year (2024) when I turned on the pool the 2 values were not functioning and the fuse in my central control blew out. Long story short- replaced the values, replaced the fuse, ultimately replaced the board. Be very careful here.
