This company is horrible. installed old/refurbished equipment and billing as new. We have had other contractor's come out to fix their work. There is something wrong with the kid who runs the installation. When our electrician called out the wiring issues, it was always somebody else's fault. The pump had to be replaced and now the heater needs to be fixed as they originally put in a very old model. We have had spent thousands to keep the equipment running at less than 2 years in. Daniel at Coastal pools was very helpful assisting me with the process of purchasing and installing some remote Spa controls. He was very responsive and easy to work with. His willingness to be a local on the ground help for an out of town owner is very my appreciated.
