Horrible experience, if I was able to give a -100 I would. Guy came out for a quote, showed us a plain pool and said it was at $60,000 and ask if thats what we think we were looking at, because their pools are high? (Like we couldn't afford it! ) We was suppose to have received a quote and pictures of recommendations haven't heard from them since. I am sure for us that with them not calling back or giving us a quote was a blessing for us.. Proudly taken our money somewhere else...
Coastal Pools has been in business for 64 years. We have many return customers, which is the proof in the pudding. We also have employees that have worked here for over 40 years.
I would give this -10 if I could. We went in and an older gentleman came out and said "what do you want?". Told him I was looking to buy a product, he said "I don't know what you're doing here." "Why are you here?" Very strange. We ended up leaving and hoping they hadn't had a gas leak or anything.
Never again! Had to file a lawsuit against them, because the decking that they poured around the swimming pool failed within six weeks of completing and all Carl had to say was that’s what happens with concrete. The judge ordered mediation and they were made to correct their failed workmenship. They run their business on deceptive practices.
