My hot tub stopped working and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. It's 24 degrees and tomorrow 's high will be 20 (Saturday). I was afraid the pipes would freeze. The hot tub is the only thing that makes winter tolerable for me. I took a chance that Coastal Pool might be able to fix it. I called yesterday and was told someone could come Monday. The best company to work with!
I have had the best customer service and dealt with people who really care about my situation. The service manager, Jena, has listened to me, has supported me, and has made me feel valued. And I’m a brand new caller!!! She really has gone beyond my expectations. I’ve been with brand X company where I put up with so much customer neglect. Jena has really made a difference. I wish I had switched to Coastal Pools years ago!
