I have yet to move ahead on our pool but I have had extensive talks with salesperson John A. Its clear these guys are very reputable and definitely pool experts.
Our experience with Coastal pools was awesome. It took only 4 months from our first appointment with Chris is sales to completion. Along the way supervisors Chris G. and Brian was our main contacts for any project questions/texts that they responded to quickly. Outside contractor for electric (Kenny) and Landscaping (Nick) did great jobs and took extra pride in their work especially Nick who did a great job with our new patio area attached to the pool. Oh my...I LOVE Coastal Pools!!!! Lee is amazing. Kind, considerate, professional, patient, knowledgeable... what an asset to your company. Thank you for having him, Lizard and Freddie close our pool today. Lee went out of his way to answer every question I had, trouble shoot a light that he didn't have to and explain how to extend the life of my filters with cleaning, etc. What a Godsend.
