Ashley at Coastal Pools was and is excellent to work with from start to finish. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Highly recommend working with Ashley if you’re considering a pool project.
I am a new customer and I know nothing about owning and maintaining a pool Jenna Beach and Mike Plump along with the service technicians have all been AMAZINGLY responsive and they answer all of my questions. Ive been very happy with the team so far and the pool looks great. Everything is operational including the heater and new salt cell. Also had an issue with my liner and they just took care of during the opening. Love the follow up emails after each visit with pictures. Very very helpful.
Coastal Pools did a beautiful job on our pool and patio design. Lee Petty in particular was a standout in terms of his communication and responsiveness to any issues. Dani in the office was also very helpful and responsive by email. We also did sign up for their service package, and everyone who has come out to service the pool on a daily / weekly basis has been helpful, accommodating, and profession. I will definitely be recommending Coastal Pools going forward.
Jena is simply the best when it comes to all things pool she’s my go to girl for any questions pool related and she always get back to me asap
Coastal Pools exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The pool turned out exactly as we envisioned, if not better. The entire process was quick, smooth, and seamless. What truly sets them apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. Jenna and Ashley are outstanding! They respond promptly, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make sure our pool is always running perfectly.
