There are so many pool companies to choose from on Delmarva. We’ve enjoyed Coastal Pools so much we don’t have to worry about calling anyone else. They have developed a company that handles every aspect of owning a pool and its surroundings. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and gets the job done!!

Well run company. They were on schedule,on budget and did really clean work. I couldn't be happier with the entire process off getting my pool installed with costal pools.

Damaged my cover during a closing. Tried to not take responsibility for it up front and talked to me like I was stupid saying it was “material failure” among other ridiculous claims on a 3-year-old cover. The only offer they had made was to fix the cover after they opened the pool tying the repair to getting future business and after hearing friends of mine were also dissatisfied with them, I decided not to deal with them anymore and get it fixed myself. I reached out to 3 separate pool companies to discuss work on my pool. Amy Root, from Coastal Pools, contacted me immediately! She put me in touch with John Arnold, one of their design consultants. John understood exactly what I needed and a plan was put into action. When it was time for installation Daniel, one of the company’s project managers, contacted me and sent out an installation team.
