Excellent work, but they accidentally left with my shovel!
I had a leak in the pool and thought I knew where. I wasn’t expecting them to be so incredibly thorough. The leak was not where I expected it to be and not as bad as I thought. Really professional and explained the entire process as it was happening. Great service. Very happy.
Great company. Seth (maybe the owner) was amazing to work with. Always answered phone. Very helpful and kind. Cleaned up pool nicely. Highly recommend coastal pools.
I reached out about a leak in my pool, and they responded almost immediately. Dave and Kim were at my house the next morning and went above and beyond to track down the issues and fix them as they found them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was repaired properly. Excellent customer service from start to finish - would highly recommend them!
