Big thumbs up to Coastal Pool Care customer service. We had a crack in one of the joints to our pool pump and they diagnosed it around noon and by 3pm had come back made the repair and got us up and running for the 4th of July weekend. Nice job and well done.
Very impressed with coastal pool care. We moved into a new house and what do you know our pool turned green! I called coastal pool care on Monday morning and within an hour someone was out to test our water. After the test, within another few hours someone was at the house to treat and clean the pool! Excellent customer service and our pool was back to blue by the evening!
My mother has used Coastal Pool for years and paid $230/mo. Until they Coastal sold to a new owner, mom had no complaints. Since that time, service has gone downhill rapidly. But over the past month, they’ve left the pool green. The last photo I received was a shocker. Her pool looks like an algae pond.
