I absolutely 💯 can not say enough positive things about Coastal Pointe! I’ve been a frequent visitor there for nearly 2 years. It is hands down the best I’ve seen in comparison to others I’ve spent a lot of time visiting. The residents are well taken care of. They appear comfortable in their surroundings, and happy. I’ve never seen an interaction with a care giver there that caused me pause or concern. I’ve only seen genuine care and compassion for the residents. This place is horrible and outrageous! I would not recommend anyone to go there! There is staff is rude and management is very poor.
It was a joyful experience and the staff was wonderful and delivered our food to perfection. Thank you for providing this opportunity.
