Coastal Pointe is simply the best. We can be more Blessed to have our Mom living there. The staff is always on top of their game and the best in the business. Midge's hospitality is awesome.
Four months ago, me and my sister placed our parents at Coastal Pointe . We are VERY HAPPY with the care and attention they are receiving — it has been above and beyond. To say, CP has been a BLESSING for us and our parents is an understatement. From the first visit/tour of CP with Stephanie Thorsen to the daily contact we have with staff — whether it be front office staff, nurses, CNAs, kitchen, laundry, housekeeping or maintenance , the interaction has ALWAYS been pleasant, courteous and helpful. I absolutely 💯 can not say enough positive things about Coastal Pointe! I’ve been a frequent visitor there for nearly 2 years. It is hands down the best I’ve seen in comparison to others I’ve spent a lot of time visiting. The residents are well taken care of. They appear comfortable in their surroundings, and happy.
