Communication is poor at this office! Schedulers who book appointments do not communicate with staff who work with physicians. For example, if you are a new patient they do not schedule for X-rays prior to appointment then staff who work with physician need to reschedule you, making this a huge inconvenience!
I would give it 0 if I could. This place has the worst staff. And a bunch of liars. 1. Me were referring to this office, after 2 weeks nobody called me, and I had to go to my doctor to ask the phone number to make an appointment to this place, my doctor’s office told me they called me many times and left me a voicemail. I thought it was strange because I didn’t receive and phone call nor a voicemail. Week later my husband experienced the same thing , he had an ingrown toenail, needed to be treated. Absolute 100% positive experience every time love Timothy can be Stern but is very well-educated and just wants to help you.
Dr Syperek’s NP, Theresa Morin is fantastic! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor that makes every visit comfortable and even enjoyable. You feel heard, understood, and well taken care of. Highly recommend her!
The office is in shared space, making it a little hard for parking , but overall, everything was great. There wasn't a very long wait time, and Dr Syperek was very knowledgeable, and gave me information in words I can understand . The nurse and the lady at the front were polite.
