Here’s an epiphany, show up do the work, then if all goes well we’ll give you all of the unnecessary information that you asked for over the phone. My furnace was failing downstairs, I have tenants down there, IT WAS FREEZING! I hired a company that I probably shouldn't name, after 3 days, they told me I needed to replace the circulatory pump, and 3 shut of valves, they gave me a quote of $8,000.00!!
