I asked them about servicing a commercial property, the lady said great I will look over it and call you back. Never called back, I called again, then she said she doesn't know what I am talking about. Gave the run around. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! Do not reccomend.
Didn't follow through with request to check my back flow system on my irrigation system. Payment was received for work but Coastal Plumbing didn't follow thru with paperwork to the water company. Now my meter was turned off and they won't correct their mistakes or return my calls to resolve this matter.
