Very rude receptionists. Simply called for prices and was given 6 different figures and a list of codes with no clarification what is what. Was then called "disturbing" as she couldn't get her figuress in order to communicate clearly whar is what as clearly she didnt know only to be passed onto "Hayley" who I thought was going yo be more professional but sge instantly yelled down the phone "what is your name" ready to drill me it seems then shared the same terrible unprofessional RUDE customer service calling me "cranky" whe... read more

Had a great experience here, Prof Gazi recommended laser treatment and answered my questions about it. Then I had a consult with Sheree who would perform the laser treatment and got the rest of the details. On the day of the laser surgery it was only a very mild sting sensation and then immediately after there was no pain. The price was extremely reasonable and they even included a follow up to laser the last remaining bit. There is always 'technically' a scar when it comes to surgery, but you'd have to have lasers for eyes ... read more
Dr Hussain and his team did a wonderful job with the removal of the lipoma on my forehead. There is little evidence of it ever being there! The level of service from reception through to consultation, procedure and post op follow up was streamers, and helped with great communication. I highly recommend.
Not a fan. I ended up at Royal North Shore hospital for assistance.
