This is Mhmr but renamed Coastal plains, they treat anxiety or depression or other mental issues, kids too. Need a diagnosis this is the place to go. The workers are friendly and full of energy. Ready to help you, you dont have to suffer alone. They have a new office very clean. They are ready to help.
Beautiful remodel and kind people ready to help.
They need a better system in place from taking aptmts, being on time and relating messages to the patients. An hour n half wait only for me to get up and see what is taking them so long to hear that case manager wasn't in and couldn't get meds refilled for my brother due to needing to see the doctor. 🤦♀️ why didn't they schedule a doctor aptmt knowing he needed meds the following month.
There always changing caseworker, never want to comply with the client but always expect the client to comply with there rules. The lady who says she's the boss (Cindy) is the rudest boss ever. If you feel you need service's here don't waste your time
My son has had so many case workers while here. The first one Ashley was great, but she got promoted. The next few were terrible, never got paperwork done or meds on time, then we got Amanda who was amazing! We had her for a while. She got promoted and ever since we lost her as our case worker our medications are never filled on time and the last time we went to the doctor we were supposed to see our new case workers before we saw the doctor.
