Nobody wants to do there jobs and have no answer for anything related to the case.
Horrible service nobody in the office knows what's going on! They have set 2 appointments and not 1 was in the system when calling to verify appointment time!! Do not recommend receiving services at this location!

I was with Coastal Plains for a year. Because of COVID, my appointments were conducted over the phone with Dr. Krishnaiah Rayasam MD. My caseworker is a guy named Tim. In a year, I had only two appointments where I spoke with the doctor. I spoke to Tim maybe twice. A nurse would call me before each appointment to ask preliminary questions about my current mental state. If I was suicidal or anything like that.
