I was having back surgery and I reached out to Coastal Physical Therapy and spoke with Robin regarding my need for PT. We talked and she was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant, and that is when I made the decision to go to Coastal Physical Therapy. Dr. Bill Bails and his staff are always willing to go above and beyond to "fit me in" the schedule. The environment is warm and welcoming while providing privacy and professionalism. Dr. Bails actually listens to the patient and their issues and provides treatment with care. Coastal Physical Therapy is the best! Robin always greets each person with a smile and will help you with all of the insurance and billing issues. This is not the "norm" in healthcare offices unfortunately, thank you Robin!

Bill Bails has been my therapist on four different occasions. He calls me a "frequent flyer"! His professionalism and expertise in physical therapy are accompanied by a pleasant disposition and caring demeanor. Following my recent knee surgery, my orthopedic doctor even had kind words to share about Bill. I have referred him to many of my family and friends and will continue to do so. You will not be disappointed if you choose Coastal Physical Therapy.
