Ordered a harness for my dog, when I called about the order was told the size and it was different from what I remembered ordering. The customer service rep was rude and made a comment about checking my cart before placing the order. Called back to reorder while customer service was on the phone, screenshotting the entire process, and sure enough, there was an issue with their system defaulting to the wrong size. I ordered a dog collar and then learned it could not be delivered for three weeks! I cancelled the order but they sent it anyway. Since I don't have a printer at home I have to find a UPS store where I can arrange for the return. I am VERY disappointed in Coastal Pet Products.
Had a pick up today and came inn 1hr 15 mins early and they go on break from 12-1230 I showed up at 1145 got check inn by 1150 and was loaded during break time out by 1205 extremely fast I appreciate the service and people here would come and pick up anytime excellent place to come thanks a lot for caring about us truckers!!!!!
First time have used a coastal product. See many 5 stars so maybe just a 1 off. Bought the leash approx. 4 months ago, 45lb gsp. Just walking my dog and next thing I know the leash end is on the floor and my 2.5 year old dog is unleashed. Very very lucky this didn’t happen on a busier street or while crossing an intersection. The winters are cold in Toronto. Maybe the mechanism blew due to the cold weather. Then leash felt heavy duty and was over $30 with tax. So very surprised.
