I echo the reviews about the front office. Lori (sp?), the office manager, is abhorrent. I called about a billing error amounting to $126 and she blew up at me. I had to repeatedly remind her that she wasn’t an owner and that her behavior was unacceptable and disproportionate to the minor $126 issue. Sincerely hope the owners know about their front office staff.

I have four kids, one who has severe special needs and Coastal Pediatrics is the perfect fit for every single child in our family. The care they take, especially with our son, is unmatched. I highly, highly recommend them to everyone I know.

It’s hard to believe, but we’ve come full circle! I've been with Coastal Pediatrics from the very first days in the hospital when my daughter was a newborn, all the way to her recent send-off to college. Through every stage of her growth, our pediatrician's office has been a constant source of support, care, and kindness. I’ve been coming to coastal since I was a kid! It’s now come full circle where I get to bring my own child. The staff and doctors are as friendly and knowledgeable as ever.
