Outstanding service. Such a relief to finally be on a path of reduced pain. Extremely knowledgeable and professional service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish more offices were this well oiled and fluid in movement for their patients. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by all and some of us greatly appreciate you ! ! ! 👍👍
They have great staff, very kind. Most of my appointments I've been called back quickly. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is the phone system, as it can be difficult to get a hold of someone directly without having to get a call back which at times has taken a week. Other then that this office is great and I recommend it.
Dr. Schmidt and the staff at Coastal Pain Center are excellent. They are professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to patient needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care.
I’m a patient of Dr.Sassano at Coastal in Ormond Beach. I am broken hearted to hear about Dr. Sassano’s death. He was a wonderful man that you knew actually cared about you. You couldn’t find.a better doctor. Coastal has such a good energy and family type environment. I would recommend them to my family, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you Dr.S for taking care of me. I will miss our talks.
I was strictly told to be at the office for 7:30 to hand in my new patient paperwork on June 8, 2026. I showed up at 7:15 as I live 40 minutes away. I made sure I did my part because I read the reviews on how strict this office is to turn people away without the paperwork completed and then they didn’t even upload my paperwork properly. I saw Dr. Schmidt about 20 minutes past my appointment time (which was 8am) due to him reviewing my paperwork.
