I was strictly told to be at the office for 7:30 to hand in my new patient paperwork on June 8, 2026. I showed up at 7:15 as I live 40 minutes away. I made sure I did my part because I read the reviews on how strict this office is to turn people away without the paperwork completed and then they didn’t even upload my paperwork properly. My husband and I were recommended to visit Dr Alyn Benezette for getting some help and treatment because of the car accident we have recently had. The whole experience was very impressive. The doctor himself is such a pleasure to be around : he was very attentive and caring,he explained us everything in the simplest way and we are looking forward to start our treatment with HIM! Also he has an assistant her name is Su and she is very sweet! It calms me down to know that we are in good hands.
This is the worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend this company who needs pain management. They're unprofessional, NEVER CALLS YOU BACK AFTER LEAVING MESSAGES, and can never get ahold of anyone when you try to call. My mom is a current patient there and I've reached out multiple times on different days on appointments & medical questions. They say "if you need anything, don't hesitate to call..." I’m a patient of Dr.Sassano at Coastal in Ormond Beach. I am broken hearted to hear about Dr. Sassano’s death. He was a wonderful man that you knew actually cared about you. You couldn’t find.a better doctor. Coastal has such a good energy and family type environment. I would recommend them to my family, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you Dr.S for taking care of me. I will miss our talks.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Booked an appointment for an EMG/NCV 3 weeks ago with Kim Shamburg. Received two confirmation emails. Day before I get a message that my appointment was moved to the day before my original appointment day. No phone call, email nothing even asking if that day would work. Call the office, put on hold, hung up on by them. Call again, rebook for my original appointment time. Drive 1 hour to get there, just to be told I was never even scheduled. Huge waste of time.
