It was my first experience using an energy advisor. We were required to achieve step 3. With Jeff’s guidance we were able to get to step 4. He is very professional, shares his knowledge and easy to work with.
These guys are terrible. Never answer there phone, alice is very uneducated on insulation will not listen to anyone for advice or when they have a good idea she just instist she knows best when i assure you she does not. Ive seen her do nothing but make numerous mistakes and always be wrong about everyything. The owner joel makes promises and does not keep them. Youll talk to them one and then theyll just ghost you. Terrible company to work with
I would not use this company again! This is what they intended on covering with blown in insulation. I was scattered somewhat throughout my attic.
I hired Coastal Pacific to add loose fill insulation in my attic and spray foam the crawlspace walls. There were a few bumps along the way, but Joel and his team were polite and worked hard to address and resolve any issues that came up.
