Nice folks, but be sure you understand the rules of the financing companies you recommend. We have a high credit score but were denied because we own a mobile home, resulting in a hard credit inquiry and no deck. We then offered cash for a smaller job but were told it was too small. We ended up hiring another company for the smaller project and they will be building our new deck and a fence in January. Because, not all jobs are too small if it results in more business. I thought.
Go somewhere else. Follow up after final payment is made is non existent. My hot-tub surround is still unfinished as the company still owes me plugs to cover my screw holes. This was promised within a week of finishing deck 4.5 months ago and it never happened. I followed up with JADEN 13 times since April and twice he said there would be a crew that would show up and finish the project. Never happened. TLDR don’t pay till 100% done. Build quality is 7/10 follow through 0/10
Coastal did a great job installing my pavers and deck. Their attention to detail really stood out and communications from Heather and Rachel exceeded my expectations. Overall a great build at a fair price. I can’t thank you enough!
Coastal demoed our old wood deck and built us a new composite deck. Superb work and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.
