The front desk staff was a bit rude and lazy. Appointments felt rushed with Dr. Hoffman and appears to be unwilling to answer questions.
Doctors are friendly, wait time is quick. Compelled to write this review however since they sent me a bill for a $160 for a compression sock. At the time the nurse told me "just take this, sign this form, and your insurance will pay for it" - well insurance didnt agree i needed the sock :). Maybe this is standard fare for orthopedics places, but i would recommend if you do decide to go to Coastal, don't let them give you anything you can get on Amazon for $15. Excellent drs and service. I’ve had 5 surgeries by their surgeons and all turned out very well - Dr Hollis and Dr Ghandi.
My daughter and I have been patients at Coastal Orthopedics for years. They really care about their patients. Their professionalism is just amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
