Before going i was hesitant due to the reviews, however I have now been a patient there for 2 different procedures and have had a total of 5 appointments. I have nothing but high praises for this place and Dr. Clayton. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. His entire staff was helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend!
Tried to call to reschedule an appointment on 05/27 during business hours and I was forwarded to the after hours line. I tried calling an hour later and I was still being transferred to the after hours line where the person responsible for answering kept hanging up on me. Not sure how I am supposed to reschedule when no one answers or hangs up.
Make sure you don't miss the 1 appointment confirmation call they send out to you cus they will cancel your appointment. Speaking to the receptionist on the phone she says thats their policy.....ok maybe you should be informing people on a strict policy like that. Waited a month and a half for this appointment now have to wait another month. WHAT A JOKE!!!!
Receptionist was a little rude when I called to schedule a appointment. Not a good sign so far.
