The doc told me the Xlg knee brace wasnt tio big I was the one wh had a problem
As all the other reviews and ratings show, this place is the worst nightmare. Either you are truly injured or you are here for formality blood test and check up for your job, you are here to waste your time for hours and hours. No matter if you have appointments or not, you will have to wait for hours after your appointment time. If you don’t have to come to this place, never come near it’s door. Terrible customer service.
Sadly all the reviews on the wait time are true. I have waited at least 2 hours and saw people wait even more, when they tried to complain the staff is friendly enough but if you have places to be don't expect it to be done. I recommend just having the whole day off. Very frustrating.
I came they said I needed mask they told me to go across the street to 711 to buy one if I didn’t have one . I found mine and came back ,another lady came not even 5 minutes after me she asked for a mask and received one .. also if you require someone to use a mask you are supposed to provide mask by law .. update im still waiting to go in, my appointment was at 545 it is 650 now
The staff was nice enough but the doctor was very condescending, invalidating, off putting an honestly kind of a you know what. I told him that I had been lifting heavy bins and stacks of chairs the night before the pain started and he told me he didn't see how the two things were related. I know I already said this but the guy was really condescending.
