I don’t understand some of the negative reviews about Coastal Oaks Recovery because my experience was very different. I came to Coastal Oaks for alcohol detox and was treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism throughout the process. The staff was supportive when I needed it most, and I felt genuinely cared for during my stay. I’m grateful for the help and support I received during such a difficult time.
I am incredibly thankful I had the chance to receive treatment at Coastal Oaks. From the beginning, I felt like I was in a stable and supportive place where I could focus on making real progress in my recovery. The team members truly care about their patients. Another fabulous factor is that the rehab facility accepted my Cigna medical insurance too, so there was nothing holding me back from getting clean and sober.
I have toured this facility, and referred here. This is a nice program with good people. The staff is friendly and welcoming, thank you!
