We live in London me wife staying here for two months it’s beautiful lovely place to live so clean very big house compared to London we love this place neighbour are friendly when l go for walk in the morning everyone says hello or good morning there are two gates front and back lovely lovely place

From someone who built new here we absolutely love our Toll Brothers home, the neighborhood, and the people who live and work here. It’s such a beautiful, quiet, spacious, and friendly neighborhood with extra amenities not found elsewhere. Definitely one (if not the number one) nicest neighborhood in Nocatee. All of our neighbors and everyone we’ve met here are so nice and down to earth. We’ve had no major issues with the quality of the construction of our home. I could go on and on.
