I was treated so rudely by the front desk person that I can't imagine being treated this rudely by anyone. It was frankly disturbing how nasty the woman was to me when I called prior to going in to pick up my own eyeglasses that were not returned to me after my exam. I drove 40 minutes in torrential rain to be berated by the front desk staff member. This behavior is unconscionable for a business like this. Long story short... Vacationing in Myrtle beach, lost my glasses. Staff was extremely courtious and helpful, got eye exam and new glasses witbin an hour. Highly impressed and very thankful for their professionalism

Funny how my non-money-hungry eye Dr. at home actually recommended me to buy optical swim goggles on my own (which I did and it had changed my life). Yet this office's ignorant, condescending front desk girl tried to tell me that you need to have a script in hand to get them. I would highly suggest that she explore Amazon, Speedo, Dick's or perhaps just Google in general to educate herself and better serve her clientele. Great service and friendly staff! Were very helpful in dealing with lost eyeglasses while on vacation, taking me in immediately for an exam and setting me up with contacts while my glasses were being made. Staff even offered to drop my new glasses off where we were staying to "not ruin the rest of our trip"! Thanks!
Dropped by Coastal North Vision for a second time in several months today and I was again struck by the extreme friendliness and competency of its people. Today, I arrived with an awfully mangled frame, the result of my stepping on it after my glasses slipped off the dashboard and on to the floor mat. Thought they were goners. But no, in less than a minute they were handed back to me after some quick "magic" with the lenses securely inserted. The frame looked great and fit like a glove.
