Horrible patient care. I’ve been working with Coastal New Hampshire Neurosurgeons for two months now to try to get a consultation for my 87 year old father to discuss surgery for hydro encephalitis. Wentworth Douglas Hospital refuses to give a referral to Coastal New Hampshire Neurosurgeons because they want him to go to Boston’s Mass General Hospital. I lived over 1 hour away and had to drive 3 times on separate occasions to reach someone about issues I needed addressed. I live out in Worcester, MA, and the office has not returned calls. They sent over the paperwork to get some testing done. Yet nobody had followed up to make any appointments or notify me of what is going on. It has been going to be 2 weeks on July 8th.
