I lived over 1 hour away and had to drive 3 times on separate occasions to reach someone about issues I needed addressed. I live out in Worcester, MA, and the office has not returned calls. They sent over the paperwork to get some testing done. Yet nobody had followed up to make any appointments or notify me of what is going on. It has been going to be 2 weeks on July 8th.
