Unfortunately I had a terrible experience from the moment I walked in to the very end, they had someone else file set up for myself, I questioned the fact I was a first time customer but according to them been several time, to being made to feel very uncomfortable in the room having the test, to the extent I ask not to be touched as this felt inappropriate to me that I was shaking and holding back the tears and to top it off the doctor giving results told me nothing was wrong and he could not understand why I'd already had s... read more

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at Coastal Neurophysiology. Whilst the test itself was fine and the man who did my test was lovely, the doctor who discussed the results with me was very rude and insensitive. When I was explaining my symptoms and what I had done so far to try and fix it, he laughed in my face and told me physio was “nonsense”. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with me and I should just “ignore” my symptoms and forget about it. He was very dismissive and had a bad attitude. I left... read more

Coastal Neurophysiology have been nothing but fantastic Dr Bonev is very caring and knowledgeable which puts your mind at rest also Henry his assistant was very through and easy to talk to very pleasant guy - the very first contact I had was with Sue when I had to book my husband in Sue was incredible she took the angst out of dealing with the paper work process prior to our appointment also chasing the results through to our GP - have already started sharing our great experience with our friends if I could give more than 5 ... read more

Could not ask for a more professional, skilled and friendly team. I had a referral for a nerve conduction and EMG Electromyography studies for bilateral cervical radiculopathy, Henry and Dr Bonev explained and guided me through the tests and were excellent, could not ask for a better first stress free experience. Also reception was welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend.
