Dr. Mazzeo is quiet and reserved, but once he gets to know you he opens up, and shows great concern for the patient's well being.
Had a nerve test done by Dr. Mazzeo at request of another doctor with the promise of sending results the same day. My doctor had not received the report as promised and I attempted for 14 days to contact the office by phone with no answer or response to my messages. This report was necessary to continue my treatment and prepare for an MRI. Dr . Mazzeo’S office finally sent my doctor the report 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. My experience was ok. I definitely felt like the bed side manner as a doctor was missing in regards to the communication piece. Most information was me asking and I only know what I know. Ended up with no answers still.
