I i was referred to this doctor after experiencing 2 mini strokes. I was told that there was a possibility that Botox injections in my neck might help with my balance issues. And was told that the office would get a preapproval for the shots prior to my receiving them. I was never informed in anyway that I would be billed hundreds of dollars in co insurance payments.
