Having the same experience as another reviewer. No answer from staff for 5 days now. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone I was abruptly hung up on. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Coastal neurology is the most Unprofessional company. Customers can call all day long and leave Messages and no response. I went in person and it was even worse. The place was just as dry with no Customers and staff doing her own thing. Overall, the company should just shut down altogether. I would had put 0 stars. But it would not let me post unless I put at least one star.( I guess I count that 1 star for just walking in the door) and left disappointed. Dr. Bettle provided excellent care for my migraines. However his office policies were a bit stringent. For my inaugural visit, I arrived 5 minutes late because I missed a turn coming from Savannah (a 45 minute commute), and I was refused service and made to wait months for my next appointment. That was somewhat off putting considering to drive that distance meant losing a day of work. .. it also meant postponing treatment further, which from a care perspective seemed questionable. I would like to share the experience I just had with the staff of coastal neurology, Dr. Bettle’s team! I called for a follow up appointment this morning at 8 o’clock before they were open and by 9 AM I received a prompt call back. I spoke with the front desk assistant Jatavia M who listened to what my call was for and got me directly to Tamira D.
