Don't go here if u value your time or money. I was patient and went to her for about a year. Yesterday she tells me she doesn't know what's wrong with me. So I ask her to refer me to someone that can help me. She actually said "I wouldn't even know how to do that". She told me to get my general practioner to refer me. I was shocked. She thought i have cluster headaches. I been telling her since day one I have pain under my lats/ shoulder blade area. She didn't want to hear it. Been going to this office with my sister for last 2 years always been treated well by staff and dr.Boles is great
Receptionist staff is rude. Went there for a nerve/muscle study and that information was to be sent to my Dr for when I went back to a follow up appt. Follow up appt was 3 weeks later and low and behold the report from my test was either never done or never entered into my chart. So now I have to go back to my Dr after he can get a hold of these results, costing me more time and money. A few ladies in this office are friendly, but sadly my experience with this office has not been a positive one.
They're not at all helpful and have a rude attitude. We don't plan to go back. They're not at all helpful.
