All three locations have the same number. Nobody ever answers! To have your health in someone else’s hands and have to just sit around until someone decides to answer or call back is ridiculous! But I bet I will receive a bill on time!!!
Dr. Manley is great. The office staff is the WORST. Waited to do a PA TWO days before my appt and I was in the building 6 weeks prior and was told they would begin the process that day. They won't return calls promptly if they even call period.
This place is a disgrace. Dr. Friedman doesn't listen and instead tries to act like a therapist rather than take your symptoms seriously. His NP Holly Horne was so incredibly horrible to me that I filed a complaint with the Board of Nursing. She was incredibly rude to me, made fun of me, and laughed at me when I had a seizure in the room. She's also incredibly misinformed about seizures which is bizarre given her education. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CARE This has been one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. Simple questions are met with attitude, eye-rolling, or complete indifference. The nurses seem completely unprepared and clueless.
