This place is a disgrace. Dr. Friedman doesn't listen and instead tries to act like a therapist rather than take your symptoms seriously. His NP Holly Horne was so incredibly horrible to me that I filed a complaint with the Board of Nursing. She was incredibly rude to me, made fun of me, and laughed at me when I had a seizure in the room. She's also incredibly misinformed about seizures which is bizarre given her education. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CARE This has been one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. Simple questions are met with attitude, eye-rolling, or complete indifference. The nurses seem completely unprepared and clueless. Stay away from nurse practitioner Leslie! She's treats you like a number!
The doctor is very good. The front desk girl was rude and disrespectful. I have been going there for injections and I never complain about being way behind on bringing me back on time for treatment. They are always running behind but today when I was 12 minutes late due to an accident on 59. They wouldn't see me. I am always very polite but today I was supposed to see the nurse practitioner for a follow up and after I got there, I had to wait forever for two people to figure out how to use the kiosk and when I finally got to... read more
Dr. Friedman is the best Neurologist in Fairhope. He’s Young and Smart! Takes time with his patients and explains everything so we can understand. I would definitely recommend him ! So Thankful we had Dr Friedman when my husband had his stroke. Thank you Dr Friedman
