Elizabeth Ross is absolutely amazing and has helped me not only solve some uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms but also prepare for labor and postpartum. 100% would recommend her to any person, pregnant or not, who wants to learn about and strengthen the pelvic floor. She is the best!!
