Loz and Jonno are fantastic they are with you all the way their instruction and attention to detail is second to none and their attitude rubs off on the class members it is hard work but fun at the same time. The camaraderie is excellent . I love it. Richard Yamba
Best gym iv been part of. Such a fun community. Jono and Loz go above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and also achieve their goals.
Coastal movement is hands down my favourite gym I have been apart of. Jonno and loz make you feel apart of the team from day 1. The atmosphere is always fun and there is always so much energy in the room. There are a variety of workouts in which help you reach your fitness goals and keep it different. 10/10!!!

Hey lovely people, If your a bit like me and you have a few injuries and problems and not sure where to start , I highly recommend getting down to Coastal Movement and having at chat to Jono Kivell since joining the coastal movement I have become stronger and a lot of the problems I was having have started to go away or become less painful ( I suffer from a bad back , bad knees and feet ) I wanted to start somewhere I could just take my time and eases my way into training and working out agin and Jono has been awesome at wor... read more
