Been going to coastal movement about 3 years now. I hadn't ever gymed before so was hesitant and started with PT but honestly you probably don't even need to do that just jump into the classes they are small and trainers have plenty of time to spend with you. If your a weapon there are a few gym mascots that will push you to new PBs too. 💪🏼💪🏼
Loz and Jonno are fantastic they are with you all the way their instruction and attention to detail is second to none and their attitude rubs off on the class members it is hard work but fun at the same time. The camaraderie is excellent . I love it. Richard Yamba
Best gym iv been part of. Such a fun community. Jono and Loz go above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and also achieve their goals.
Coastal movement is hands down my favourite gym I have been apart of. Jonno and loz make you feel apart of the team from day 1. The atmosphere is always fun and there is always so much energy in the room. There are a variety of workouts in which help you reach your fitness goals and keep it different. 10/10!!!
