Had some water damage by my window from a leak and wanted to get it checked for mold before we did any repairs. Ryan came out for the inspection and was really thorough, he checked around the AC unit, and a few other spots I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. He explained what he was testing for and why as he went, which made the whole thing way less confusing.
