I blindly discovered Coastal Detailing and decided to take a chance on getting my Escape detailed. I liked their website description & pricing is competitive, plus local to my location. I made appt online & they texted me & even called me, to keep me informed on their arrival time. I selected the Diamond package, as I wanted the engine cleaned & carpets shampooed. Coastal Mobile Detailing just finished ceramic coating our 2025 Mazda CX5 and all we can say is Wow!! The paint looks showroom quality. Reasonably priced and great service, they really take customer care to a high-level, communication was excellent. They use System-X ceramic coatings and offer a variety of protection levels, refresh and annual inspections (warranty). I am a long time customer of Coastal Detailing and have always been quite pleased with the service. My car is sparkly clean and I have dogs and kids, so detailing is always a challenge. Their new shop location is awesome. They have a spacious, comfortable,luxurious waiting room, and they explain everything they do. Very customer friendly and detail oriented. They are the absolute best guys to go to for ceramic coating, and window tinting leaving your vehicle shining like new. Absolute best part is the courtesy waters in the lobby that are ice cold and refreshing.
Will and David are amazing! My son purchased the Diamond package for me as a birthday gift. David made my car look and smell brand new. She's a 2016 but she looks like a 2024! David did an impeccable job and he pays attention to detail. I highly recommend Coastal Mobile Detailing if you want to spoil your vehicle. Big Red enjoyed her spa day!
