Always a good experience at South County Commons Brown Medicine group with Dr. Johnson
I had an infection that started Saturday night. It grew and Tuesday I called Coastal. Dr Bauer was able to do a telehealth appt. After seeing me she asked me to come into the office so she could see my infection more closely. They took me in right away. No waiting. Everyone at Coastal is so pleasant. Dr Bauer saw me right away and put in an antibiotic prescription. Very caring and concerned.
Dr. Johnson is wonderful. Very responsive to inquiries and communicates quickly via the portal. Same day sick visits have been available for me when needed.
Breath of fresh air after all the musical doctors. Dr Slade is a breath of fresh air.
My latest visit was excellent as usual. I was seen on time and both staff and Dr. Gonzales were efficient and competent as usual. I have used Coastal Medical for over thirty years and the current association with Brown U Health continues that tradition of quality patient care.
