Got everything done quickly
I received my CPAP machine and supplies from Coastal Medical Services previously. Then, my insurance changed and I had to switch to another "local" provider. Now, I'm back with Coastal and couldn't be happier! I've always found them to be helpful, caring and professional. Shout out to James, who taught me some things I didn't know about my CPAP! When it comes to CPAP, they are the experts!
Had an appointment to discuss my mask which was too small. James was very thorough, professional and kind. He explained everything and spent time checking to be sure the new mask fit.
