Joey was very courteous. He respectfully and patiently answered all my questions, and showed me how every piece of the equipment worked.
For the last 2 years I have experienced quarterly supply delivery issues. I have been given various reasons for the delays but, the problems continue. This last delay is now in its 6th week. Although I have received a substitute cushion and head gear I still do not have the rest of the supplies I was supposed to receive. A far cry from my first review years ago
We needed a mask part and even though they did carry my brand they had some old stock that they dug through and found what I needed!! Fantastic customer service, above and beyond today's standard! I highly recommend Coastal Medical Services Inc.
We are from out of town and went to one place in town and they wouldn't help us. Came here to Coastal Medical Services Inc. Not only did they help us they gave us the part we needed for a cpap. Very nice and helpful! Good people and grate business. Highly recommend!
