Dr Gonzalez is great. It's easy to tell that he cares about his patients. It is just too bad that there have been so many changes in ownership and that medicine is becoming more of a factory than an institution that knows and cares about every individuals needs. As always , I appreciate his kind, thoughtful approach and his attentiveness to listen to help me with my health care needs and concerns. Dr. Gonzales is one of the very best doctors I have had in my 8o+ years. He is the kind of careful diagnostician and holistic physician that it is almost impossible to find today. I am incredibly lucky to have him as my primary care doctor.
I recently had an unusual issue that was time sensitive as I needed to replace a piece of medical equipment that malfunctioned just before having to leave on a month-long trip out of the country. Meredith Lafontaine and the team at Brown University Health in Narragansett reacted promptly and supported the acquisition of a replacement piece of equipment via seeing me and writing a needed prescription and then faxing the prescription to a couple of suppliers so as to procure the needed equipment ASAP.
