I took time out of work today at about 3:00 PM, I went to this lab, I was told at the door that the person who draws blood was on 20 min break and to come back. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes, I went to the door and they said she is still on break. I told them I have already waited a half hour ( 3:30 now) they replied, she still needs more time. I left! That break not only cost me work time, which I cannot get time off easily to get blood tests, but also,my health because I am not able to get the blood test. I ho... read more
I just came back from the Lincoln Coastal lab and let me tell you I'm as mad as I probably have ever been. When you get to the parking lot there's a sign with the lab number to call when you arrive. I call the number it's a recording telling you to leave your name and birth date someone will call you when it's time to come inside but to stay in your car until then. 1 hour and 15 minutes I waited. No matter where you go there is always a wait. Use to be open on saturdays bows closed.
Had a great experience here! Was in and out in about 5 minutes. The nurse was really nice. Really surprised that some of the reviews. The people expect this to be like a spa experience ? LOL will definitely be coming here regularly for my lab work. I live walking distance but there's some metered parking and non metered parking around the area.
This *would* be a great place to go for blood work: convenient (for me), uncrowded (never a wait), and lab techs who double as excellent phlebotomists—except for ONE. She is so consistently horrible at that aspect of her job that, after today’s fiasco (still hurts like a sumb*tch), I won’t be returning. Losing the dice roll and ending up with her is just too risky. I hope management will monitor their phlebotomists more closely and let this one stay on her bench, for the sake of patient safely and customer satisfaction.
