I am so grateful that my gp in the hinterland strongly suggest that I come here. The care and professionalism was top notch. From my initial phone call through to booking and attending, everyone was so kind as well as expert. If you are looking for excellent, compassionate service, I highly recommend them.
Called in today to have Xray and ultrasound. Young Ladies at reception were busy but friendly and efficient. Sharon and Jess who did the xray and ultrasound were awesome. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend if you need yo gey xray or ultrasound.
Absolutely zero bedside manner. Gleefully telling me during the ultrasound that I had two stuffed kidneys and an enlarged prostate. Not his job! His job is to pass on information to the doctor who referred me. When the doctor gave me the results it was nowhere near as bad as this guy portrayed. If you value your mental health avoid this mob like the plague
I was greeted by such a nice team yesterday at the front desk!! But can I say how amazing Karen was in the radiography department. She made me feel at ease and she has great canniulation skills as I'm tricky!! Keep up the good work Karen
I went in for my breast ultrasound, obviously nervous and the brunette receptionist was very unwelcoming and rude. I felt like I was bothering her by just coming to my appointment. I had to correct her when she said it was for a wrist ultrasound and when I said no, for a breast ultrasound there was a very big sigh and eye roll. Then I was told I could not have my biopsy done as the doctor who does it isn’t in on Mondays even though on the phone when I booked I made sure I was able to get it done then and they said yes.
