Absolutely zero bedside manner. Gleefully telling me during the ultrasound that I had two stuffed kidneys and an enlarged prostate. Not his job! His job is to pass on information to the doctor who referred me. When the doctor gave me the results it was nowhere near as bad as this guy portrayed. If you value your mental health avoid this mob like the plague
I was greeted by such a nice team yesterday at the front desk!! But can I say how amazing Karen was in the radiography department. She made me feel at ease and she has great canniulation skills as I'm tricky!! Keep up the good work Karen
I went in for my breast ultrasound, obviously nervous and the brunette receptionist was very unwelcoming and rude. I felt like I was bothering her by just coming to my appointment. I had to correct her when she said it was for a wrist ultrasound and when I said no, for a breast ultrasound there was a very big sigh and eye roll. Then I was told I could not have my biopsy done as the doctor who does it isn’t in on Mondays even though on the phone when I booked I made sure I was able to get it done then and they said yes. Went for a mammogram today and was told I needed an ultrasound. Sat there for about an hour waiting and had to approach staff about the long wait as they were all having their lunch. Then to be told I didn't need an ultrasound. Maybe if you had read the referal from my GP my valuable time would not have been wasted.
