Had to have an immediate mamagram ordered by scuh within a 3hr window. Coastal Imaging receptionist made this happen with the delight and surprise to scuh staff and myself. Thanks to the receptionist (who unfortunately I don't know her name) allowed us to proceed with long awaited surgery. One month on I will always be grateful that I called and found wonderful caring staff who made it happen. Pulled out all the stops including being bulk billed
Called and asked staff member for information and found her to be extremely rude.
I would like to thank Dr Sean O'Connor and Nurse Melissa for their exemplary service. I would highly recommend Coastal Medical Imaging.
I had a fine needle aspirate procedure. The male on the front desk couldn't answer my questions regarding the(higher than usual) out of pocket expense, nor could he refer me to who could. There were framed men's football posters (different action photos) on the walls and in the room I had my procedure (by a male). It was a terrible experience from the get go.
Would like to share a complaint please but unable to see anywhere on your website to provide this.
