Finally a professional medical office in Fairhope. I arrived here to see Dr Minto about an issue I'm having with my head, the staff member at the front desk was fast, efficient and I was in the room seeing the Dr within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Dr Minto listened to my concerns and scheduled a follow up MRI of my head and offered a suggestion on what she thinks is going on. ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE. Front desk, and office manager. My elderly father who has suffered head trauma and NEEDS to be seen was called 4 hours before his appointment day of and it was moved a MONTH away. When I called to get on a cancellation list I was told they don’t have one and the dr was just not in office today so it’s first come first serve and was met with a lot of attitude.
