Definitely found our new PCP. The office is amazing. The front desk is so pleasant, the office is clean and the care staff is great. I can’t say enough good things about Coastal. It’s the first office I’ve been to where they seem to actually care about their patients and not see them as just another slot filled. And the in office LabCorp is so convenient. Highly recommend!
Physician Fidel Romo-Martinez is a hack and a big pharma lackey. I informed him of what I believed were possible heart issues at the time and he immediately tried putting me on medication without having any blood work or other tests completed. I didn't even finish explaining my symptoms and medicine was the first thing he jumped to. Medicine is not the immediate answer to problems not fully understood. And the way he announced it was matter of factly- "here's what we're gonna do. I'm going to put you on X medicine". Come to ... read more
I switched over to Coastal as my primary Doctor after going to their walk in when they were first opening. I absolutely love them! From the front desk (where they are kind and patient) to the nurses who are compassionate and kind to the doctors who I feel heard and cared about with. I can not speak highly enough about this place. My family members are switching to them as well. Every aspect is great. So thank you for being a place I can go.
Dorothy and Dr Fidel are amazing! They stepped in and took care of me when my primary would not. Everyone there are super understanding and kind. I am definitely switching to Coastal for primary treatment
I just switched my primary and I am so glad I did the office always answers the phone and is so polite and the doctor was very nice and gave me a feeling of hope that I can get to the bottom of some ongoing issues. Refreshing ! Ive also been to the walk in one time and the staff was so nice and I was in and out quick.
