BAD STAFF! – Been very sick and to be honest, I don't have much time or money to go to the doctors. Payday was today so I called to make an appointment during my lunch and phone rang busy...Tried again around 2:30 same thing. Somone finally answered at 3:20 and said "You're calling after 3pm on a Friday, we're closed on Saturday, so NO you can't be seen!" She didn't even give me a chance to explain what was wrong! Make Plans to Wait and Wait and.......... – They had me wait for 40 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take they said I was next (no apologies or reasons given for the long wait). I waited another 10 minutes and told the receptionist I had to go. Well of course she was just going to put me in the examination room at that "very moment".
