Home warranty assigned these folks to fix my furnace. I am surprised by all of these bad reviews. The owner called me back first thing in the morning, assigned a technician and they came a few hours later. Coastal diagnosed the problem which turned out to be something that a different company (with 4.5 stars) had warned me might need to be replaced a few years ago - that company had given me the run around saying the part was no longer manufactured and would cost me $1000 to replace, trying to upsell me on an entirely new fu... read more
Very unprofessional…
They were submitted through American Home Shield. 3 weeks later, NO call. I called them, the guy lied and said "Oh, I just saw that yesterday." Then said, "Well what needs to be fixed?" (if he saw the referral he should know) I told him, and he said, "Well, it'll be between Christmas and New Year's that I'll get out there, if that." The owner very unprofessional and inconsiderate. He has a nasty attitude and also is very dishonest. My water has been cold over a week. Had a work order put in never received a call. Called him and he lied and said he thought it was canceled. He never reach out. On top of that I called and explained my problem two days in a row.
